My grandmother, Bonnie. She has five children, thirteen grandchildren (I am her favorite), and eight great-grandchildren. She was so proud of her shirt reading, "Love Your Mother." Although she was referring to herself, she is in fact a farmer who loves the land.
Be sure to love on your mothers, aunts, grandmothers, and anyone else who has mothered you. If you are looking for a unique way to celebrate Mother's day you could always love on the land as well. Picking up even one bag full of litter, while getting some fresh air, helps.
